1.3 How to register on our website?
To create an account you must complete a form, filling in all marked boxes with an asterisk. After that please send us a scan of Your company documents on this e-mail: maketing@macma.pl. In reply you'll receive e-mail with the link. After clicking on it and setting a password Your account will be activated.
Now you can log in and benefit from the tools.
NOTE: Please do not forget to click option: I have read the terms and conditions and agree.

1.5 Why do we need documents of your company?
In our services we particularly take care of our customer’s goods and success of the projects realized for them. So at first we have to make sure, that all our data will be available only for advertising agencies.

2.1 General informations
For your convenience we allow you to order via email (just contact your account manager or send email on address (biuro@macma.pl) or via our webshop - after logging on our website.

2.2 When you can place the order?
Customer Service works from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00. On-line orders can be placed 24/7 by using the Macma Webshop. Ordered goods will be reserved and will be delivered to the buyer by the package delivery company within 5 working days .

2.3 What time can I place an order?
The sales department is open Monday to Friday from 8AM to 4PM.
Online orders can be placed in any time 24h per day, then goods are booked but shipping is coming during sales department working hours.

2.4 How to check the availability of products?
You have to log in to your account on www.macma.pl. You can use search engine to type code of product or use our categories of products. On product card on our website you will find informations about availability and more details.

2.5 Are there any minimum order quantities?
We have no minimum order quantities, but it’s good to remember that for larger orders (amount, not quantity) it is possible to negotiate a larger discount.

We are able to design a product adjusted to your needs. Our import department is the best when it comes to individual projects and large expenditures gadgets. With a sales office in Hong Kong and working with proven producers in Asia we guarantee a good price, timely delivery, a variety of gifts and high quality. 2.7 Is there a possibility to order product samples?
You can order the product samples with special discount. Just contact your sales representative or select this option on webshop.

3.1 Who are the beneficiaries of Macma Webshop?
Macma webshop is available only for advertising agencies and companies operating on the advertising market, after logging on www.macma.pl. 3.2 What can you buy in Macma Webshop?
Using the Macma Webshop you can order products with or without marking. Print pricelist is available in the section Price lists, catalogs and databases after logging on our website.
If you order some of the products with marking and the part without marking you need to choose delivery options:
- Products delivered in two shipments - separately products with marking and without marking. This option increases the cost of shipping, but you will get products without marking faster.
- Shipment of products with marking and products without marking at the same time. This option reduces costs of shipping.

5.1 The estimated delivery time
Local warehouse - terms of realization of the order with marking 2-3 days + 2-3 days delivery.
The central warehouse - terms of realization of the order with marking 3-4 days + 2-3 days delivery.

5.2 Transport costs
We offer you special prices for transport:
Samples of the products (up to 2kg) – 8 EUR
Package up to 20 kg – 10 EUR
Package up to 30 kg – 12 EUR
Free delivery for minimum order value from 180 EURShipping of ceramics:
From 0-19 pieces - 12 EUR (by boxes)
From 120 pieces - 70 EUR (by pallet)
Free transport of ceramics from 600 EUR -
5.3 Shipping and delivery of goods
Products are delivered by couriers UPS, DPD, RABEN.

6.1 Payment terms
Unless agreed otherwise, payment for the ordered goods shall be made in advance. Other payment conditions require separate agreement between Macma and the Purchaser.

6.2 Discount policy
The proposed price shall be the price from catalog minus the discount for Your agency. Remember that for larger orders (amount, not quantity) it is possible to negotiate a larger discount.

6.3 Prices in the catalog
Prices in catalog are net prices (do not include tax) before agency dicount.

7.1 Catalogues ordering
Catalogues can be ordered on our website - first step is to login and then in 'Agency zone' tab click on 'Order catalogue' and fill out the form. Catalogues can also be ordered via e-mail by sending request on adress: kontakt@macma.pl or by contacting with your key account manager.

7.2 Payment for catalogues
When ordering catalogues you will need to pay a fee of 2,09 EUR per item. Shipping directories irrespective of quantity will cost 8,00 EUR.

7.3 Is there possibility of preparing individual catalogue?
Each customer has an opportunity of ordering 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 500 or more catalogues with own cover and with 4 or 8 extra pages presenting the individual offer of company. Catalogues agreement is avalible after login in "Agency zone' tab in 'Documents and rules' section.

7.4 What is no-name catalogue?
No-name catalogue is support form of your sale and contains our full product offer. Each agency can create individual link with catalogue, enter own settings about prices and apperance. All settings must be entered via 'My profile' tab (avalible after login) on www.macma.pl. Ready link can be placed directly on website or sent to client. Directory installation instruction is avalible after login in 'Agency zone' tab in section 'E-tools instruction'. Catalogue updates automatically.

8.1 Acceptance of complaints
Only goods qualified by the Contractor as damaged or non-compliant with the order specification shall be eligible for a claim. Please read more information in terms and conditions of cooperation.

8.2 Terms of returning the goods
Any returns must be previously agreed with the sales department and warehouse, especially in the case of large quantities of the products we have to find a way to how to pick the goods from the customer. Anyone who receives a packet is requested to check the shipment is complete and hasn’t been damaged during transport. Damage found after the courier drove away will not be accepted.

8.3 Return documents
Information about complaint or returns goods should be preceded by filling return documents and sent along with the returned goods at the expense of Macma Poland Sp. o.o. to address :

8.4 What happens next with the damaged goods?
Goods, which are subject to complaint must be returned to our warehouse. If the returned goods have damaged other than those reported in the documents or have not the original packaging that the complaint will not be accepted. Unless it has been reported previously.
The buyer is obliged to protect the goods during transport. If the buyer does not protect the goods enough, and the goods will be damaged during transport - the buyer will be charged.

10.1 How to recover a lost password to your account?
Click „log in” option, enter your user name (e-mail address) and click " I forgot my password”. Within only a few minutes you will receive an e-mail with a new, automatically generated password.

For your convenience we offer price lists, databases, terms and conditions of cooperation, catalogs and other documents in on-line version available in Agency Zone on www.macma.pl after logging.
